We all get into a rut sometimes. We do the same things day in and day out, and it can start to feel like our lives are on autopilot. But it's important to shake things up every once in a while and try new things.
The goal of this blog series will be to identify new tricks that are available to try your hand at and ways to overcome the barriers individuals may have to beginning. As we age, our access to trying new things and community seems to shrink. But we need these things...exposure to these new experiences and people can boost your mood and help reduce stress and loneliness.
With each step you take into something new, the possibilities before you can grow exponentially. How? You're out there trying something, that's huge! You don't have to even be good at that thing. You're meeting and networking with new people that may have similar interests and/or can introduce you to new interests that you hadn't considered...and you could do the same for them!
