We are happy to offer the LSVT BIG program to our community! This program has been shown to significantly benefit those in early to mid stages of Parkinson's Disease. Benefits have also been demonstrated to extend to those with late stage PD. This program is also beneficial for those with atypical Parkinsonisms or movement challenges from other neurological condition.

Rock Steady Boxing emphasizes gross motor movement, balance, core strength, and rhythm, through rigorous exercise. In an attempt to favorably impact range of motion, flexibility, posture, gait, and activities of daily living. Recent studies, focus on the concept of intense “forced” exercise, and have begun to suggest that certain kinds of exercise may be neuro-protective, i.e., actually slowing disease progression. Ideal for those with Parkinsons and other neurological conditions.
